Dr Amit Gupta With a PhD in Entrepreneurship, Amit Gupta is a proactive leader with entrepreneurial approach 17 years corporate experience in ITC,ITW Signode, AMUL, and 15 years academic leadership experience. He also is a Cerfied Corporate Director, Instute of Directors, India.
Prof. Debabratha Banerjeeis an Associated Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF, USA), with over 100 hours of coaching experience, He is an IIM and IIT Alumni with over 32 years 32+ years of Corporate experience in Sales, Marketing & International Business, at highly competitive FMCG organizations Godrej Consumer Products, Marico & United Spirits. 14+ years of this, at leadership levels (VP & above) , with profit center responsibility.
Prof. Manisha Nayar has a total of 30 years of Experience, 11 years in dealer Sales, Business to Business Sales and Marketing in organization like Fujitsu, ICIM and Garware. In addition to that, she has experience in Classroom and Corporate training in MIS Sparta (NIIT Ltd). She has been in academics for 14 years with focus on areas of Marketing, consumer Behaviour, Service Marketing, Sales Management, Strategy and International Business.
Syed Habeeb (Coach Habeeb) is an author, motivational speaker and international leadership coach. With over 25 years of experience in Teaching and Training, Habeeb conducts coaching, training and consultation engagements in India, UAE, Malaysia, Brunei and KSA and has trained over 47,000 people till date including delegates from Emirates Airlines, Toyota, Saudi Consulate of Engineers, Govt. of Karnataka, Govt. of India, AON, Astra Zeneca, Kanoo, BMTC, Transport Corporation of India, Cognizant and Maruthi Suzuki to name a few.
Prof. Naini Jain is an accomplished Assistant Professor with over a decade of experience in teaching finance and management. She is currently associated with ISBR Bangalore and the Indian School of Business and Computing. She teaches MBA and UG courses, specializing in subjects like Financial Accounting, Managerial Economics, and Auditing. Experienced in academic scheduling, curriculum development, and faculty coordination.. She is UGC-NET qualified and holds an MBA in Finance & HR from New Delhi Institute of Management. She also holds a B.Ed. and a Bachelor’s in Economics (Hons.) from Punjab University. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. from a reputed university. She has published research in peer-reviewed journals on finance, economics, and education. Presented papers at various national conferences and webinars.
Prof. Rekha a Leadership Coach holding a Professional Certified Coach certification from ICF. She comes with 35 years of rich holistic experience as a Business Head, HR Head and Academician. She has spent 20 plus years in senior leadership roles including as a partner in a startup software firm. During this time she had coached/mentored and developed 100+ leaders towards business, professional and personal goals. She has 4000+ hours of coaching experience. Part of this experience was also from working as a leader in Landmark Education – a non-profit organization that delivers ontological transformational education.
Prof. Manaswini B is a passionate academician with over 10+ years of teaching experience in the field of commerce. She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), an M.Phil and has qualified the State Eligibility Test (TNSET), showcasing her strong academic background and dedication to higher education. She specializes in Corporate Accounting and Income Tax, where her exceptional teaching strategies have led her students to consistently achieve a 100% result. She actively engages in research and professional development. Her co-authored research paper, *“A Study on Emerging Trends in Startups in India,” published in underscoring her keen interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Prof. Milin Rakesh Prasad is a Ph.D Scholar, HR Professional, Visiting Faculty, and Startup Mentor. He is a Startup Expertise: EDTECH Product development, Business Model & Financial due diligence, Seed funding assistance. Human Resource Expertise: HR Strategic Planning & Execution; Talent & Leadership Development; Talent Management & Succession Planning; Staff Coaching & Performance Feedback; Human Capital Optimisation Workforce Planning; Data-Driven HR Analytics; Learning Management Strategies; HR-Business-Operations Alignment; Labor & Union Relations.
Prof. Arham Faraaz, is a Visiting Faculty (weekends Only) and Senior IT Delivery Manager with over 19 years of experience leading digital transformation projects across diverse industries, including Telecom, Banking, Education, Storage, Automobile, and HRMS. My expertise spans Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies. I have managed complex programs across five geographies, leading teams of 50 to 80 members, and conducted PI planning across 8 to 10 teams in Scaled Agile environments.
Prof. Jhansi Rani PS, is an ME (CSE) graduate of Satyabhama University, I have 10 years of experience in my teaching career. I am creative, nurturing, and passion to teach our students. It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic teacher who will make a positive contribution to our college level.
Prof. Lalitha Asokan, has a total of 25 years of teaching experience, she is an M.Tech graduate, specializing in Object Oriented Programming, Database Management System, Software Engineering, PHP & MySql. She is creative, and passionate to educate the students. Beyond academics, she is dedicated to mentoring students, guiding them towards successful careers.
Prof. Sujana Duttaluru has a 15 years of experience in computer science education, combining academic excellence with practical training expertise. She has played a key role in shaping the computer science curriculum and mentoring students in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She served as a Visiting Faculty at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and as a Faculty Member at CMC, contributing significantly to technology education and professional training programs. In 2003, she was trained by C-DAC, Hyderabad in E-Learning, gaining early expertise in digital education methodologies.
Prof. Rajita Sarma has 22 years of experience in teaching Mathematics and Statistics of different Boards. She has experience of about 15 years of teaching under Bangalore University including subjects Business Mathematics and logical Reasoning, Business Statistics, Mathematical Foundation, Discrete Mathematics.
Prof. Shweta Desai has a B.E (Computer) degree from Mumbai University and M.Tech (Computer Networks) from VTU and has around 18 years teaching experience. Her experience is in teaching C, Java, Computer Networks, etc. She has also guided students in Project work and also helped students for mock interviews.
Prof. Malathi Kulasekharan (M.A, M.Phil) is a Visiting Faculty and has a 17 years of experience in teaching English. She had taken active participation in conducting national seminar, inter college programs, conducting exams, setting question papers and organizing orientation programs. She promoted discipline, dignity and decorum amongst the students overcoming all the challenges from the young minds.
Prof. Sujata Agrawal, Assistant Professor – Visiting at ISBC having teaching experience of 12+ years. Have received MBA in HR and Masters in Labor Law. She is creative, and enthusiastic teacher. Apart from teaching enjoys writing poems and like reading novels for relaxation.
Prof. SUJATHA S (M.A, MPhil, and B.Ed.) – Visiting Faculty has a 19 years of experience, where I had the opportunity to teach Kannada to students while also focusing on strong communication skills, empathy, patience, adaptability, a passion for teaching, strong subject knowledge, and effective classroom Management.
Prof. Neelima Agrawal – Assistant Professor – Visiting Faculty has a 15 years of Experience in teaching Hindi. She has completed her M. A. In Hindi, M. A. In political science and (B. Ed) Post graduate in Rani Durgavati University. She is sincere, creative and strong in subject knowledge.

He carries a rich industry experience and has been benefing students with his immense knowledge and wisdom for 5 years. Mr Deb is a vising faculty at ISBC handling management and leadership subjects.
