You can find either of the following kinds of accommodation:
Twin sharing, three sharing or four sharing accommodation is available at an average cost of USD100 to USD 200 per month.
These charges mostly include electricity charges, water, bed and mattress, table and chair, cupboard and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Students can choose depending on their affordability and availability.
Single bedroom apartments with sitting, dining room and kitchen facilities can be hired at an average cost of USD300 to USD400 per month. Two bedroom apartments are also available at an average cost of USD450 to USD600. All charges are subject to the facility provided at the apartment complex. There will be a refundable deposit of a minimum of six months’ rent.
Furnishing the apartment will be the responsibility of the tenant. Electricity and water charges and monthly maintenance charges will be the responsibility of the tenant (approximately USD50 to USD100).
Along with work, play is important too. The ISBC works to set up extra-curricular activities for our students throughout the year, encouraging participation. We are also equipped with a world-class fitness centre, with access to great equipment. An on-site fitness trainer can help you achieve your fitness goals!
